Personal information collection and Usage agreement
1. Information to be collected
Yooyoung Pharmaceuticals Co. Ltd ("Company") may collect and use the below personal information for the following purposes:
1) Customer service: e-mail address, contact information, customer's name, password for customer inquiry, and inquiry contents
2) During the use of internet service, below personal information items may be automatically generated and collected by the company
: IP addresses, Cookies, connection logs, MAC addresses, service use log, visitor log, suspicious user logs, etc.

2. Purpose of collecting personal information and the use of collected information
The company collects and uses user personal information for the following purposes: The collected information will not be used for any other purposes than the purposes mentioned here, and if there is any alteration on the policy, a necessary process to obtain an additional customer consent shall be performed as per the 18th article of Personal Information Protection Act. For the operation of the Customer Service board, the company will collect and process the personal information provided to verify the inquirer’s identity, contents of the inquiry, to contact the customer for the verification of the inquiry, and to notify the customer of the result of their inquiry. 

3. Usage and Retention period of Personal Information
The company collects and retains the collected personal information for the duration determined by the law, or for the duration that is shown in the customer consent. The company will retain the personal information for the duration of customer service inquiry, and the information collected will not be used for any other purposes. 

4. Right to refuse consent on the collection and use of the collected personal information
The user reserves the right to refuse consent on the collection and use of the collected information aforementioned above. However, as the collection and the use of collected personal information are essential for the company to operate the website, the refusal of consent may limit the user from using and accessing the customer inquiry service.
